To Whom It May Concern:

As the construction representative and architect for the Glacier Bank of Montana, our firm has had the privilege of working with Koocanusa Excavating, Inc. on the Eureka Glacier Bank Reconstruction project. Initially, Buck, Bart and crew were a tremendous help salvaging our bank records, safe deposit boxes and other salvageable items from our fire damaged building.  Particularly special was the removal of the vault door by Bart and crew to allow access to our valuables saving us thousands of dollars by not having to sawcut through the vault concrete walls.  KEI then accomplished all the sitework for our temporary facility North of downtown Eureka.

Koocanusa Excavating, Inc. was the successful bidder on the demolition phase of our reconstruction and also the successful bidder on the sitework at the new building.  There workmanship has been excellent and the communication superb.  Their responsiveness to our every need is performed with professionalism and having their engineering expertise is an added bonus.  Glacier Bank of Montana and David Meredith Architecture, P.C. highly recommend Koocanusa Excavating, Inc.

"Buck Schermerhorn and his crew worked with us to design, build, and
install infrastructure for the first phases of our development.  On the
engineering side, Buck was knowledgeable, innovative, and cost-conscious
in working with the Engineering firm with overall design responsibility. His crew did a great job installing drainfields and other portions of
the sewer system to agreed specifications."

"We would like to thank Buck and his team for the excellent services provided and would recommend their services to anyone. The single point of contact project management service provided was invaluable. We would also like to extend our thanks to the great group of subcontractors that worked on our project."

"Buck Schermerhorn and his crew at KEI worked with us to design, demo, build, and install the new playground at Eureka Public Schools. Buck and his crew were very cost-conscious. They allowed us to provide some of the labor during the equipment assembly portion of the project to help keep costs down. Buck stayed in constant contact as we were waiting for the equipment to show up, and did a great job of coordinating with our crew and other sub-contractors so our project was completed within the time frame that we had originally discussed."
